Simply Filling

Well it's been a great few weeks for me on my weight loss journey. I have switched from points counting to the weight watchers simply filling. On the first week of me doing the plan this way I lost 4lb, and if you've got a busy lifestyle then it's a good way to do it.

At first I found it all a bit daunting, but once I started it,  I found it to be a lot easier than having to point everything that I was eating.  Hopefully I'll lose on it again this week too. I'll keep you posted

Feeling Good

Had a good week this week. Lost 2.5 lb, so I've lost the weight that  I put on last week.
Hopefully I'll have another good week this week. Only got 5lb to go to get to my 10% target weight. Even after losing the 17lb that I already have, I'm feeling a lot healthier.

Zumba

Well that was different. I got myself the Zumba game for the Wii, and last night decided that I'd try it out. I spent a lot of time swearing at it, as there is no way that my body wanted to move that way. In the end I found it to be a great deal of fun. There is still no way that I'd do it in front of anyone... well not at the moment anyway

As i mentioned in my previous post, my bff is losing weight through slimming world, and like me, she's doing a blog.  Syns of Slimming  This blog is what inspired me to start one of my own. The support she gives me is amazing, and I don't think that I would have got this far if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much for your support

Weigh in disaster

Well it was weigh day today and I felt as I always do on the walk to the scales. I thought that I had put on weight and this week my fears were right, I'd put on 2.5lbs.
It's the first time that I've put on since starting and I'm still proud of what I've achieved. My bff is doing Slimming World and although they are both different, we are still supporting each other
