Well it's been a great few weeks for me on my weight loss journey. I have switched from points counting to the weight watchers simply filling. On the first week of me doing the plan this way I lost 4lb, and if you've got a busy lifestyle then it's a good way to do it.
At first I found it all a bit daunting, but once I started it, I found it to be a lot easier than having to point everything that I was eating. Hopefully I'll lose on it again this week too. I'll keep you posted
